Who we are
Nadflow is an independent AI and digital practice. This website is operated by the person behind Nadflow, who decides what happens to the personal data described here. For anything about this policy or about your data, write to contact@nadflow.io.
When you visit this website
We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. Analytics is optional and is only activated with your consent. If you decline or make no choice, analytics remains inactive, and we use no advertising trackers. Our cookie policy explains the cookies and browser storage we use, and lets you manage your choice at any time.
Typefaces are served from this site rather than from a third party.
The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes basic technical information — your IP address, and details of the request and browser — in order to deliver, secure and operate it.
When you send us a form
The contact form and the Opportunity Audit application are processed through HubSpot, which we use to receive enquiries and manage the business relationship that follows. For our account, HubSpot hosts this data in the EU (Germany).
What is sent is what you fill in: your name, email address, business or company details, your website where the form asks for it, the enquiry or interest you select, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Submitting a form does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
When you book a call
Our contact page carries a booking calendar provided by Cal.com. It is loaded from Cal.com as you reach that part of the page, without any action on your part. Cal.com then receives your IP address and browser details, sets its own cookies in your browser, and uses its own providers, including error monitoring in the United States.
If you book, Cal.com also receives what you enter: your name, email address and any note. All of this is processed under Cal.com’s own privacy terms. If you would rather not use it, email us or use the message form instead — neither involves Cal.com.
Data in client engagements
During an engagement we may be given access to business systems containing personal data. That access is agreed in writing beforehand, limited to what the work requires, and read-only wherever read-only is enough.
Where a system we build sends data to a third party, including an AI provider, we tell you which one, what is sent and what the retention terms are before it is built. If that is not acceptable for your data, we design around it.
How long we keep things
Personal data is kept only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as applicable law requires. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time.
Your rights
Depending on the data protection law that applies to you, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive a copy. Write to contact@nadflow.io and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date.
