When the work can be clearly defined, yes. If it needs more investigation first, we’ll recommend a short paid scoping phase before pricing the build.

Maintenance keeps what we built running. AI Partnership is broader: ongoing support from someone who already knows your business, including maintaining the systems we manage and helping decide what to improve or build next. New builds are always scoped separately.

No. A project can be completely standalone. Ongoing support is there if you want it.

Yes. Websites are a standalone Nadflow service — from new builds to rebuilds and targeted improvements.

Yes. We’ll look at what you already have first and only recommend a rebuild if there’s a good reason for one.

You do. We make sure you have the access, documentation and files needed to keep using what we build without being dependent on Nadflow.

We only ask for the access the work needs. If a system sends data to an AI or another third party, we’ll explain what is being shared and where before we build it.

That depends on what the system is allowed to do. We design safeguards around the risk, and where needed, actions can require human approval before they happen.
